Ncc AB is a Sweden-based company active within the construction and property development industry. Its operations are divided into three business areas: Industry, Building and Construction, and Development. The Industry area is managed by NCC Roads and focuses on the production of asphalt, as well as is engaged in paving operations and road services. The Building and Construction area is managed by NCC Construction units in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The area is engaged in the construction of residential and office properties, other buildings, industrial facilities, roads, civil-engineering structures and other infrastructure. The Development area is managed by NCC Housing and NCC Property Development and is engaged in the development and sale of both residential and commercial properties. The Company’s core business is conducted in the Nordic region, the Baltic States and Germany.
